Aphrodite is an ancient Greek goddess associated with love, lust, beauty, pleasure, passion and procreation.
The helmet was
Used by the ancients and the medieval peoples to protect the soldiers heads. The helmets were bronze and often had a ponytail at the top. The oldest type of Greek helmet had a helmet with many pieces and a plume. It was used until the 7th c. BC e.g., Corinthian was simpler. The evolution of these types was the Illyrian. The mainly Corinthian helmet evolved in the ears for the soldiers to hear in battle. Chalcidian helmet left not only the ears but also the lips free. In the period between 5th-2nd c. BC, the Thracian (Phrygian) helmet was used more. It had a high top in front and protected the cheeks. Other types of helmets were Attic, Boar tusk, Boeotian, Kegelhelm and Pileus.
