Wholesale store
grifon.se is an online wholesale store and is intended exclusively for businesses — retailers, professionals and partners. We do not sell to private consumers. Wholesale prices and the option to place an order appear only after your wholesale application has been approved.
Intellectual property
All content on grifon.se — product photographs, texts, descriptions, designs, logos and the page layout itself — belongs to Grifon AB or is used under licence from the rights holders and is protected by intellectual property law.
Copying, republishing, modifying or commercially exploiting any part of it without our prior written permission is prohibited.
Approved wholesale customers may use our photographs and descriptions to promote and resell the products they have bought from us. Any other use requires our written consent.
The names and trade marks of the manufacturers and suppliers whose products we sell belong to their rights holders and appear only to describe the products.
Hosting of the store
The website and its database are not hosted with an external company: they are on a server belonging to the business itself, in Greece — that is, within the European Union.

Dispute resolution
Our sales are made exclusively to businesses. Any disputes arising from them are commercial and not consumer disputes, so the procedures for alternative resolution of consumer disputes — such as the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) — do not apply to our sales. Swedish law applies, and disputes are heard by the Uppsala District Court (Uppsala tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
